Terms of Service

These images are provided by Lodge Visuals for the named client and may be used for the client's own marketing, website, social media, online booking platforms, brochures and general promotional material.

The delivered images are final edited JPEG files. RAW files, unedited images, rejected images and working files are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Image copyright remains with Lodge Visuals unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a non-exclusive usage license for the final delivered images. Images may not be sold, resold, transferred, or supplied to unrelated third parties for separate commercial use without written permission.

The client may crop, resize and place the images into marketing layouts as needed, but should not heavily alter, re-edit, apply filters to, or misrepresent the final edited images in a way that affects the quality or reputation of the work.

This gallery is provided for convenient delivery and download. The client is responsible for downloading and safely backing up the final images. Gallery availability may be limited and should not be treated as permanent storage.
